- Starting from Longwood Gardens traveling north
- Left on Route 52
- Through the first traffic light
- First right at the traffic circle
- Left just over Brandywine Creek
- Second left on South Creek Road
- Follow South Creek Road until the fork
- Take the fork to the left
- At the dead end turn right onto Route 162
- Turn right onto south Bradford Avenue
- Follow Bradford Avenue – it turns into Lenape Road/Route 52
- At dead end turn left onto Creek Road
- Creek Road turns into Historic Route 100
- Follow Historic Route 100 back to Route 1
